Resolved Question: Should I get my hair cut into a bob?

I kind of like a rounded bob. Like Katie Holmes's 2008 cut the Mad Money premiere. Since it's summer. But my hair grows realllllllly slow. I haven't had it cut in THREE YEARS, so I'm kinda queasy about it, but I want a change. I'm the girl on the left side.
